Section 61(6) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(6)No resolution of the special meeting passing the no confidence motion against an elected member of the board and removing him from the membership of the board shall be valid unless such a resolution is passed by not less than two-third of the members present and voting at the special meeting.
