44. Removal of difficulty.
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by general or special order published in the Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the difficulty :Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiration of one year from the appointed date.(2)Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid on the Table of the Legislative Assembly.The Schedule[See Section 3 (1)]
