10. Suits by or Against the Board.
(1)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against any member of the Board for the acts done in discharging of his duties and functions as a member of the Board.(2)Any suit or legal proceeding against the Board shall be in the name of the Chairman and any suit or legal proceeding instituted by the Board shall be in the name of the Chairman of the Board.Provided that no suit shall lie against the Board unless the aggrieved person has availed the opportunity of Appeal to Government under the Act or where an appeal has been preferred to Government, it has not been disposed within six months from the date of appeal.
