Section 99(a) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(a)"building" shall mean and include any booth, or building with roofing of bituminous, asphalt, asbestos or zinc sheets with iron poles or with wooden poles and rafters duly coated with fire-resistant paint and fixed-, with nails or screws or bolts and should be leak-proof; and
