Section 1 in Telangana (Regulation of Appointments To Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern And Pay Structure) Act, 1994
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.16, Finance (HRM.I) Department, dated 26.02.2016.] (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) Act, 1994.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 25th November, 1993.
