(e)a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Ceylon and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tangayika and Zanzibar) Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia, with the intention of permanently settling in India :
