Section 194 in The Tripura Land Revenue And Land Reforms Act, 1960
194. Protection of action taken in good faith.
No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie-(a)against any officer of the Government for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act;(b)against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
