Section 72(2)(i) in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016

(i)all licenses granted or renewed under the said rules and all fees imposed or levied thereof shall be deemed to have been granted, renewed or imposed or levied, as the case may be, under the corresponding provision of these rules; and
