Section 4(a) in Soil Explorator's and Testing Laboratory's Registration Rules, 2001
(a)Any person/Laboratory desirous of being registered as a Subsoil Explorator and registered Testing Laboratory under these Rules shall make an application to the Engineer-in-Chief (Civil), R. & B in Form-A appended hereto accompanied with a Treasury Challan showing payment of requisite fees as indicated below -
