277. Beneficiary Identity Card.
- (i) The registering officer of beneficiary shall issue an identity card to the beneficiary with his photograph duly affixed thereon in Form-27.(ii)Where identity card issued under sub-rule (1) is, lost or accidentally destroyed a duplicate identity card may be issued on payment of Rupees Five to the Board.
