Respondents No.3, 4(i) to 4(iii), 5, 7 to 9, 11 to 14, 16, 18(ii), 18(viii) are ex parte vide order dated 01.11.2022.
Respondent No.10 struck off vide order dated 14.08.2018, as per memo of parties before First Appellate Court.
Mr.Aman Parth Sharma, learned counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. He submits that Power of Attorney on their behalf has been filed. On his oral request, henceforth, respondents No.1 and 2 are permitted to join proceedings by recalling ex parte order dated 01.11.2022 passed against them.
Respondents No.18(i) and 18(vii) stand duly served, but there is no representation on their behalf. Hence, they are proceeded ex parte.
Notices issued to respondents Nos.18(iii), 18(iv) and 18(vi) have been received back unserved with the report that respondents No.18(iii) and 18(iv) have been married and their present address is not known and respondent No.18(vi) is doing job and is not residing at the given address.
Notice issued to respondent No.19 has been received back unserved with the report that the said respondent has expired.
