(1)Subject to such orders as may be made by [the Government] [Substituted by Act X of 1996 for 'His Highness'.] the days declared in the Jammu and Kashmir Government Gazette by [the Government] [Substituted by Act X of 1996 for 'His Highness'.] as public holidays shall be observed as close holiday m Civil Courts.(2)A Judicial act done by a Civil Court on a day specified as close holiday shall not be invalid by reason only of its having been done on that day.
