Section 34 in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Act, 2008
34. Scale of Fees.
(1)The Council may, with the prior approval of the State Government, prescribe the scale of fees payable in respect of all matters and provided for in this Act or the rules and regulations made thereunder and provide the mode of their payment.(2)Such fees shall be applied for the purpose of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
