Section 24(1) in The Orissa State Transport Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1993
(1)The table of contents shall be written in English day by day and shall show all the papers in the file in the order they had filed before the Tribunal. A separate serial No. (in Roman figure) will be assigned to the order-sheet and it will not be taken into account in giving page marks to the other papers in the file.
