320. Powers and Duties.
(1)The Compensation Commissioner and the Assistant Compensation Commissioner shall perform such duties and exercise such powers of supervision and superintendence over the work of the Compensation Officers and Rehabilitation Grants Officers as may be prescribed.(2)The Compensation Officers and the Rehabilitation Grants Officers shall exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred or imposed upon them by or under this Act or the rules framed thereunder.
