(a)College. - The fees shall be paid either in one sum or in two instalments in each term. If paid in one sum, that sum or if paid in instalments, the first instalment, shall be paid not later than the fifth working day of each term and in the case of payment by instalments, the second instalment shall be paid not later than the 15th of the succeeding month in each term.
