Section 14(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2006
(1)The Licensee shall endeavour to maintain uninterrupted supply for Railways Traction, water supply and hospitals. Whenever there is an interruption, supply shall be restored oh top priority and the rectification work carried out on round the clock basis. During periods of generation shortage, traction loads may be exempted from load relief and power cut.
