Section 16(2) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(2)The agricultural practice by persons possessing such qualifications,-(a)shall be permitted only if such persons are enrolled as agricultural practitioner in accordance with the law regulating the-registration of such persons for the time being in force in that State or Country;(b)shall be limited to the institutions to which they are attached for the time being for the purpose of teaching and research work; and(c)shall be limited to the period specified in this behalf by the Government by general or special order.
