Section 19(1) in The Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)A Town Vending Committee shall ordinarily hold at least one meeting within a period of three months or at any such intervals as the Chairperson of the Town Vending Committee may decide for the transaction of its business:Provided that the first meeting of a Town Vending Committee after its constitution under section 22 shall be convened by the Chairperson within 45 days.
