Section 2(g) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2004
(g)"Grid Code" means the Grid Code specified by the Commission under Clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Act and includes the Indian Electricity Grid Code applicable on the date of commencement of these Regulations;(ga)[ "Month" means a calendar month as per the British calendar;] [Inserted by Notification No. L-7/25(5)/2003-CERC dated 21.02.2005, w.e.f. 1.4.2005.]
