Section 57(3) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(3)(a)The Market Committee may require the owner or manager of any industrial concern located within the market area to furnish such information in respect all the agricultural produce for which the market is established and which is handled or used by the industrial concern, as the committee may think necessary for the purposes of the control of the market.(b)Any owner or manager so required to furnish information shall be entitled to appeal against such requisition within one fortnight from the date of the requisition to the Director whose decision in the matter shall be final.
