Section 2(2) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(2)On and from the date of commencement of these regulations -(a)The terms and conditions of the service of the existing whole-time employees of the Authority shall stand modified in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.(b)the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees' Service) Regulations, stand repealed. Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Regulations, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of these regulations.
