Section 222(2) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(2)The duties and responsibilities of such construction medical officer shall be as given below, namely :-(a)medial examination of building workers;(b)first-aid care including emergency medical treatment;(c)notification of occupational diseases to the concerned authorities in accordance with these rules;(d)immunisation services;(e)medical record upkeep and maintenance;(f)health education including advisory services on family planning, personal hygiene, environmental sanitation and safety;(g)referral services.
