14.2Inspection, where required, shall be made within 15 days following the receipt of periodic report of construction in Form-XI. At the first inspection, the Authority shall determine that the building construction has been taken up in accordance with approved plans. A copy of the inspection report shall also be made available to the builder/developer. Inspection report shall be submitted.
