5. Fees and Allowances payable to non-official special invitees and members of other Committees.
(1)Non-officials who are specially invited by the Chairperson to attend meetings of the Board or of the Executive Committee or who are members of any other Committee constituted under Section 12 of the Act, shall be paid sitting fees of Rs.3000/- for each meeting they attend.(2)Such non-officials shall also be eligible for travel and daily allowances eligible on par with the Grade A officers under the Tamil Nadu Travelling Allowances Rules for travel from their ordinary place of residence or work to the venue of the meeting.
