8. Administration and General (A&G) Expenses.
- 8.1 The A&G expenses shall be estimated keeping in view the rate of inflation.8.2The Commission shall follow a process of benchmarking, comparing performance of the Petitioner over a period of time and with respect to its counterparts in other States.8.3The average A&G cost shall be brought up to the all India average within a span of years that would be determined by the Commission separately.
