Section 18(a) in United Khasi-Jaintia Hills Autonomous District (Management and Control of Forests) Rules, 1960
(a)On completion of the enquiries, the Chief Forest Officer, shall submit a report embodying his finding on the claims and objections, if any, filed and also on the accuracy or otherwise of the particulars of the Raid Forest furnished by Syiems, Sirdars, Dolois and other local administrative heads to the Executive Committee, for orders.
