Section 1 in The Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 2010
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 2010.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They shall apply to the members of the service.
