(1)Chairman of Taleem Research Foundation, Ahmadabad, Gujarat will be the first Chancellor of the University, whose tenure shall be of five years, thereafter Taleem Research Foundation, with the prior concurrence of the Visitor, would appoint the Chancellor from amongst its trustees.(2)The Chancellor shall have such powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or the Statutes made thereunder.
