32. Preparation of the list of contesting Trade Unions.-
(1)Immediately after the expiry of the period within which candidatures may be withdrawn under rule 30, the Returning Officer shall prepare a list of the contesting Trade Unions, that is to say, the Trade Unions whose applications have been finally accepted and have not been withdrawn within the period mentioned in the said rule.(2)The list shall be prepared in Nepali and English in the hill sub-divisions of the district of Darjeeling and in Bengali and Hindi in all other districts including Calcutta.
