(3)The General Council shall meet at least once a year ordinarily. In the annual Meeting of the General Council (a) the Annual Report and the Annual Audited Statement of Accounts approved by the Executive Board shall be presented and (b) the suggestions of the individual members in the context of various programmes, schemes and projects for promotion of Youth Welfare shall be recorded.
