(3)It shall come into force(i)In any revenue district or part thereof on such date as the [State Government] [Substituted by the adaptation of Laws Order, 1950 for 'Provincial Government'.] may by notification appoint, and(ii)at once in the districts of Goalpara, Kamrup, Silchar and Karimganj.
