Section 20(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1971
(1)During the first month of his probationary period, an employee shall be liable to discharge at one day's notice or by payment of one day's pay and thereafter at one month's notice or by payment of pay for one month in lieu thereof.
