Section 11(2) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(2)Every nomination paper shall be subscribed by two electors, one as the proposer and the other as the seconder and it shall be assented by the candidates proposed and seconded by them :Provided no elector shall propose or second more than one nomination.
