(5)The owner, agent or manager of a mine shall-(a)obtain permission from the competent authority while crossing structures such as roads, railways or other public works;(b)ensure that the minimum hydraulic test pressure at any point along with the pipeline is maintained 1.25 times the internal design pressure; and(c)ensure that the test pressure is maintained for a minimum period of twenty-four hours except where specifically mentioned.
