(1)Ant auctioners conducting sales under this Act of pledges shall maintain such registers containing such particulars as may be prescribed.(2)At any time within three years after the public auction, any police officer not below the rank of Sub-Inspector may inspect the registers referred to in subsection (1) at all reasonable time and such place as may prescribed.
