Section 12(2) in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
(2)The Veterinary Surgeon shall-(a)cause a copy of the order passed by him under sub-section (1) to be exhibited prominently in the infected place in the regional language of the locality;(b)cause a copy of such order to be delivered at the office of the local authority or to the station master of the nearest railway station or to the Officer in charge of the port or in charge of a shipping office at such port, as the case may be;(c)cause a copy of the order to be sent to the nearest police station; and(d)forthwith report the action taken by him to the prescribed authority.
