Section 34(1) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(1)The method of recruitment, age-limit, educational qualifications and experience for appointment to various posts including the faculty posts and their service conditions in the Institute shall be as specified in Schedule VI:Provided that any amendment to the said schedule shall be made by publication of notification in the Official Gazette, only with the prior approval of the Governing Body.
