Section 49(1) in The Maharashtra Specified Co-operative Societies Elections to Committees Rules, 1971
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then make into separate packets-(a)the marked copy of the [list of voters;] [Inserted by G.N. of 25.2.1972.](b)the unused ballot papers;(c)the cancelled ballot papers;(d)the cover containing the tendered ballot papers and the list of the tendered ballot papers;(e)the list of challenged votes; and(f)any other person directed by the Returning Officer to be kept in a sealed packet.
