76. Powers to remove difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any authority of the University after the coming into force of this Act or otherwise giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazelle, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of three years from the commencement of this Act.(2)No order made under sub-section (I) shall be questioned in any Court of law on the ground that no difficulty, as referred to in the said sub-section, existed.(3)Every order made under this section shall be laid as soon as may be, after it is made, before the State Legislature.
