13. Records to be maintained by Manufacturers, etc.
(1)Every manufacturer or repairer of, or dealer in weight or measure licensed under the act and these rule shall maintain a register in the appropriate form set out in Schedule IX, X and X-A, respectively.(2)Every person using any weight or measure in any transaction or for industrial production or for protection shall maintain in such records and registers as the Controller may by order direct.
