48. Formulation of District Plan.
(1)The Council shall formulate the District Plan in accordance with the guidelines as may be laid down by the Planning Commission and the Government and communicated by the Government to the Council.(2)The Centrally Sponsored Schemes under execution in the district or to be executed in future shall from part of the Plan Budget of the Council.
