Section 33(2)(b) in The Delhi Water Board Act, 1998

(b)to remove, cover, augment, replace or re-model any existing drain emptying into such public drain or place, or other appliance or thing used or intended to be used for drainage in relation to such existing drain, if such existing drain or appliance or thing is inadequate, insufficient, faulty or injurious to health.
