Section 43(a) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets (Market Committee Employees) Service Rules, 1975
(a)An employee who absents himself without leave for seven continuous days or absents himself after the expiry of the period of leave ordinarily granted or subsequently extended, shall cease to be in the employment of the Market Committee unless he submits satisfactory explanation for his absence.
