Section 9(1) in The Bihar Minimum Wages Rules, 1951
(1)If a Member of the Committee, [**] [Words 'Advisory Committee' omitted by Notification No. VI/W3-1022/58L. 19583 dated 22.11.1958.] or the Board fails to attend without sufficient cause, three consecutive meetings, he shall, subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2), cease to be a member thereof.
