Section 50(3) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(3)The list of contesting candidates shall be prepared in Form -14(b) and the Returning Officer shall immediately after its preparation cause a copy of the list so prepared to be affixed in some conspicuous place in his office as well as the main office of the municipality.
