Order 15/06/2018 Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that issue involved in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 11.06.2018 passed in S.B. Civil Writs No.12415/2018 Saneeva Pachar & Anr. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.
wherein it has been observed as follows:-
"Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that issue involved in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the order (31 of 32) [CW-12665/2018] dated 01.06.2018 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in SBCWP No.12152/2018 as well as order dated 08.06.2018 passed by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in SBCWP No.12351/2018. In the order dated 08.06.2018, it has been observed as follows:-
"At the very outset, representative of the petitioners submits that in the identical matter, after affording opportunity of hearing to the counsel for the State- respondents, this Court on 17th April,2018, in the case of Vishnu Kumar Sharma & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors., made the following order :
"Mr. Shyam Arya, AAG, appearing on behalf of the State-respondent submits that the instant writ application instituted by the petitioners is premature.
Further, the petitioners have approached this Court before the concerned authority i.e. CM & HO, Bharatpur, could deal with the issue for issuance of experience certificate.
Learned Additional Advocate General further undertakes that in case the petitioners applied before the competent authority for issuance of experience certificate(s), needful will be done by the concerned authority. In view of the above, in case the petitioners applied to the competent authority for issuance of experience certificate(s), on or before 24th April,2018; the competent authority is directed to ensure issuance of necessary certificate(s), in accordance with the procedure on or before 8th May,2018. With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands closed." It is further contended that now the date of the recruitment process involved herein has now been extended to 3rd July,2018, to submit the application forms. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to apply to the competent authority for issuance of the Experience Certificate(s) on or before 6th June, 2018. The competent authority is directed to ensure issuance of the necessary Experience Certificate in accordance with the procedure on or before 20th June,2018. With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands closed." Sh. Shyam Arya, learned Additional Advocate General has (32 of 32) [CW-12665/2018] not opposed the submission made by counsel for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to apply to the competent authority for issuance of the experience certificate on or before 14th June,2018. The competent authority is directed to ensure issuance of necessary experience certificate in accordance with law on or before 26th June,2018."
In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioners will apply to the competent authority for issuance of experience certificate on or before 16.06.2018. The competent authority is directed to ensure issuance of necessary experience certificate in accordance with law on or before 29th June, 2018. Accordingly the writ petitions are disposed of."
I have heard Mr. Shyam Arya, AAG, and he concedes that the above order squarely covers the present matters.
Therefore, it is directed that the petitioners will apply to the competent authority for issuance of experience certificate on or before 20.06.2018. The competent authority is directed to ensure issuance of necessary experience certificate in accordance with law on or before 29th June, 2018.
These writ petitions stand disposed of.
