274. Discharges in India.
(1)Except with the prior concurrence of the Captain Naval Barracks to the contrary, the discharge of all sailors on the expiration of their engagements shall be effected through the Naval Barracks at Bombay.(2)Ships and establishments shall ensure that sailors sent for discharge are accompanied by their Service Documents.
