Section 122(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)If in any factory, workshop or workplace in which steam power, water power or other mechanical power or electrical power is used, nuisance is caused by reason of the particular kind of fuel employed or by reason of the noise or vibration created, the Gram Panchayat may issue such directions as it thinks fit for the abatement of nuisance within a reasonable time to be specified for the purpose.
