(b)A Tariff Order, within 120 days of the receipt of the application and after considering all suggestions and objections from public and other stakeholders, containing inter alia Trued up cost components for the Year preceding the base year, estimation of parameters for the Base Year and determination of ARR and generation tariff for each year of the Control Period.
